This role involves managing the entry area, answering calls, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and inviting lobby. The Concierge also plays a role in sales and marketing by managing the inquiry process and conducting tours, as well as assisting with business office duties such as processing new resident documentation and maintaining resident files. Additionally, the Concierge promotes resident participation in programming and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
