Coordinate guests’ needs, requests, and inquiries to ensure superior service and value for our guests. This role involves collecting and providing comprehensive information and coordinating guest requests including but not limited to hotel services, sporting events, places of interest, restaurants, theater, airline, transportation tickets, limousine rentals, sightseeing tours, and any other information of interest. The Concierge will also handle reservations and obtain/issue tickets where applicable, and provide guest assistance with florists, couriers, mail services, rental of small business machines, and international calls. Responsibilities include responding appropriately to guest concerns or complaints in a timely manner, communicating outstanding guest requests or issues to management, and maintaining a neat and orderly concierge desk and area. The role also promotes teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments, and stays aware of and prepares for all in-house group meetings and VIP arrivals. Other duties may be assigned, such as assisting the bell stand or providing luggage assistance.
