About The Position

Be part of the highly anticipated opening of Signia Hilton Indianapolis and help shape the guest experience from day one! We’re building our Front Office team and are seeking a Concierge/Pre Arrival Coordinator to join us for this exciting new chapter. As a Concierge, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable stays and making a lasting first and final impression on every guest. Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
• Manage guest communications: Receive and deliver messages, mail, packages, and faxes
• Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests
• Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
• VIP Experience: Working with our Club Signia guest and Diamond Members with ensure they have their pre-arrival needs in place
• Reservations: Coordinate guest reservations for offsite and on-site restaurants, along with Wellness Center reservations
• Networking: Networking within the community to ensure we have partnerships in place for recommendations and are knowledgeable about all happenings within the city for our guests
