About The Position

Be part of the highly anticipated opening of Signia by Hilton Indianapolis and help shape the guest experience from day one! We are building our Housekeeping team and seeking an experienced, passionate Housekeeping Manager to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching a premier hotel, building and developing an exceptional housekeeping team, and establishing the high standards of service and cleanliness our guests will remember.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
• Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently
• Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability
• Oversee and perform room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
