Concierge Volunteer Better care, right here at home. Jefferson Healthcare is thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for Concierge Volunteers to join us in creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. As a Concierge, you'll be the friendly face that greets community members at our entrance kiosk, guiding them with care and kindness to their check-in destinations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Requirements
- Customer service or healthcare exposure preferred.
- Complete orientation and onboarding.
- Complete pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Greet community members at the entrance kiosk.
- Guide patients and visitors to their check-in destinations.
- Ensure guests have a smooth, stress-free experience.
