About The Position

As a Concierge Services Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within our organization. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Within our Business Services practice, you will be instrumental in maintaining seamless communication and operations, supporting senior executives with high-level administrative tasks. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Requirements

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in administrative roles and/or PwC experience
