About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Concierge Security Officer in Pasadena, California. The role requires a reliable, adaptable security professional who can work at different locations and cover various shifts to support the security team, including filling in for absences and providing additional coverage. The scheduled shifts are Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Candidates must also be available for additional shifts Friday through Tuesday, including any shift as needed.

The officer will monitor security systems, patrol and protect the premises, manage access to secure areas, respond to incidents, document events, and help safeguard people and property. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed the additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have good eyesight and an excellent ability to maintain focus.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Be flexible and available to work additional shifts Friday through Tuesday, including any shift as needed.

Responsibilities
