About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Concierge Security Officer for a site in Pasadena, California. This adaptable security professional is trained to work at different locations and cover various shifts, helping fill in for call-offs and vacations or providing additional coverage when needed. The stated schedule is Wednesday and Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with flexibility and availability required for additional shifts Friday through Tuesday, including any shift as needed.

The role involves monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, controlling access, responding to incidents, documenting events, and protecting people and property. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training can be obtained during the hiring process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
