About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Concierge Security Officer to join their team. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position involves working with people on all shifts and requires a natural ability to engage others, reassure them, and inspire confidence.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card)
• Additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (can be obtained during the hiring process)

Nice To Haves

• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
• Additional security training

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
