About The Position

Valcor Security is a veteran-owned security and concierge company serving luxury residential towers across Los Angeles. We are hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the front desk of a high-end property, providing five-star service with a security officer's eye. This is a W-2 employment position with paid sick leave and overtime paid when worked. A complete black suit in professional condition is required for the uniform.

Requirements

• Active California BSIS Guard Card
• At least 1 year of concierge, hotel front desk, hospitality or luxury residential experience
• A complete black suit in professional condition
• Polished appearance, calm under pressure, excellent English
• Reliable transportation and on-time attendance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with BuildingLink or similar building software

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and vendors, and run the front desk
• Screen visitors and control access by the property's rules
• Log packages, deliveries and visitors in the building systems
• Coordinate with property management with discretion
• Observe and report security, safety and maintenance concerns
• Write clear shift logs and incident reports in our Belfry app
