About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused security post in Erlanger, Kentucky. The officer will engage with visitors and others in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, helping people feel welcome and secure.

This is a full-time, Sunday-through-Thursday second-shift role, scheduled from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., paying $19.57 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of people and property.
