About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused security post in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. The officer will welcome and assist visitors, manage access, conduct patrols, monitor security equipment, and respond to incidents while helping protect people and property. The role involves interacting with people across different shifts and may be in settings such as office towers, hotels, or shopping centers.

The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to midnight; applicants must be able to work all listed shifts. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
