About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a concierge post in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. The position is full-time, with one of two listed schedules: 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m., Sunday through Wednesday, or 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., Saturday through Wednesday. The hourly wage is $18.54. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED, pass an extensive screening process, and have strong customer service skills and basic phone and computer proficiency. Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of people and property.
