About The Position

EZ Health is hiring a Sales Representative to help seniors enroll in programs that make it easier to navigate the healthcare system. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with flexibility. You’ll spend your day making outbound phone calls to warm leads — people who have already shown interest and want to learn more. We are looking for someone who is energized by high-volume calling, knows how to build trust quickly over the phone, and genuinely likes talking with seniors. This is an outbound sales role, not an inbound customer service role. You should be excited about spending a large part of your day on the phone and confident in your ability to drive results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience
• Strong outbound sales experience, especially high-volume calling
• Comfortable making 150+ calls per day
• Experience with cold calling or other phone-heavy sales roles
• Prior remote work experience
• A strong work ethic and someone who consistently puts in full days on the dialer
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Tech-savvy enough to learn and use tools without a lot of hand-holding
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and patient in those conversations
• Strong professional references from past managers who would describe you as a top performer

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound phone calls each day to warm leads
• Speak with seniors and help them understand the programs they may qualify for
• Follow a proven script closely while still sounding natural and human
• Build trust quickly and guide leads toward enrollment
• Track activity and outcomes accurately in our systems
• Work independently and manage your own day without heavy oversight
