About The Position

Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led concierge IV therapy company expanding across the Bay Area. We are seeking experienced acute care RNs who are confident in independent IV starts and want a flexible, autonomous role outside of the hospital setting. This is a field-based concierge nursing position providing IV therapy in homes, hotels, offices, and events. RNs choose this role for its flexible scheduling, independent field practice without hospital ratios or constant supervision, and the opportunity to use advanced IV skills in a concierge wellness setting. The role offers a variety of environments including homes, hotels, offices, and private events, with support systems for scheduling, logistics, and client flow, alongside professional autonomy within structured clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Minimum 2 years acute care experience
• Strong, current IV insertion competency
• Current BLS certification
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Currently and consistently performing IV starts in their clinical work

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations across the Bay Area
