About The Position

Senior Helpers of Ocean County is seeking a dependable and goal-driven Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) licensed in NJ for their new Concierge Care Program. This full-time position offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week with benefits and pays $25.00 per hour. The role primarily involves one-on-one care at a retirement community in Ocean County, with the flexibility to cover other agency cases as needed. The ideal candidate is charismatic, professional, and possesses initiative and drive, with the potential to lead and grow the program.

Requirements

• Must have 2 Years Experience as a NJ Board Certified Home Health Aid
• Must have your current CHHA expiring 11/30/2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for transportation and travel.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required): Ocean County NJ

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation assistance)
• Light housekeeping/ Laundry
• Medication reminders
• Assist with daily exercises.
• Companionship (Conversations, take client to activities)
• Transportation (driving clients to appointments and errands)
• Meals (Preparing specific meals, escorting to the dining room)
