About The Position
EHM Senior solutions is excited to welcome Home Health Aides for all shifts working for our expanding Private Duty Team! We offer flexible scheduling and a great working environment! Job duties are, but not limited to: Encourage client in self-help. Supervise and assist the client with activities of daily living. Turn and position clients. Assist with ambulation. Assist with range of motion exercises. Assist with bathing, complete or partial, bath or shower as directed. Measure and record intake and output. Build strong, supportive relationships with the residents you serve Assist with personal care and daily activities in client homes. Provide residents with medication reminders. Bring a positive, uplifting attitude to every visit.
Requirements
- Must possess, a high school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Private duty experience helpful but not required.
- Formal training and/or certificate as a Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
- Cheerful and positive attitude
