About The Position

Mount Sinai Solutions seeks a Concierge Primary Care Physician to provide care to children and adults. Mount Sinai is a large non-profit health system known for research, education, and quality of care. Our group focuses on improving value and service in healthcare by working with employers and providing excellent patient-centered care through next-generation health centers and concierge programs. We are expanding our concierge practice to a second site on the Upper East Side, where we will see both adults and children. This role involves providing concierge-level primary and preventive care to adults and children at a next-generation health center on the East side of Manhattan and in patients’ homes. The focus will be on providing the best white-glove patient care and experience possible to a dedicated panel of member/patients, including families. Much of this care, particularly to children, will be provided in the home. Clinical performance will be evaluated based on patient satisfaction, with an emphasis on longer appointments and coordinated follow-up care, rather than RVUs and productivity.

Requirements

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics or in Family Medicine.
• Experience treating adults and children in an outpatient setting.
• Must have or be able to obtain a New York State License.
• Experience working in innovative clinical models.
• Success in meeting elevated patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level primary and preventive care to adults and children.
