The Concierge Professional offers white glove customer service to our client; WellStar Health, via face-to-face interaction, email and phone. You will provide prompt, courteous and customer-oriented service to WellStar Health employees. You will assist our client with a wide range of services from travel planning, providing gift suggestions to product research and much more. You will also be responsible for fielding and fulfilling personal errand requests from employees, such as shopping, product returns, and more. Position requires travel in the assigned city and surrounding areas. Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and be highly organized. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of local businesses and travel options. Experience in luxury hotels, hospitality or the travel industry is preferred. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week and a Monday through Friday schedule! Compensation is hourly at $20 per hour.
