Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a For Hire Endorsement and a clean driving record.
  • Able to meet Department of Transportation testing and physical requirements.
  • Dependable, flexible, and comfortable assisting with a variety of resident needs beyond driving.
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with residents, families, and team members.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL – Class C
  • Prior professional driving or concierge/service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community activities, errands, and off-campus events.
  • Provide concierge-style assistance to residents, including delivering packages, helping with apartment move-outs or cleanouts, and supporting day-to-day needs.
  • Assist residents within their homes as needed, including light support tasks that promote comfort, safety, and independence.
  • Walk with residents on campus, accompany them to activities or appointments, and provide mobility support as appropriate.
  • Assist residents with pet care support such as walking pets or helping with related errands.
  • Help residents enter and exit vehicles and assist with walkers, wheelchairs, personal items, and other equipment.
  • Escort residents during appointments or outings and remain with them when appropriate.
  • Cover the Concierge Desk as needed, greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting residents and guests, and supporting Residential Services operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of community vehicles, promptly reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
