About The Position

Beacon Management is seeking a hardworking individual who takes pride in a job well done to join their team as a Concierge/Doorman at the Gantry Park Landing luxury apartments. This role is rewarding and involves performing various concierge and doorman duties for the apartment building.

Requirements

• Customer service skills and the ability to develop rapport with residents and staff.
• Ability to complete tasks and follow oral and written directions.
• Attention to detail.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in residential luxury buildings

Responsibilities

• Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.
• Verifying and recording visitor information.
• Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building.
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages.
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
• Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors.
• Other duties may be required.
