Concierge Builder

Our World EnergyPhoenix, AZ
Hybrid

About The Position

We are looking for a Concierge Builder to act as the ultimate bridge between our operational leaders and our technical engineering teams. At our core, we are scaling fast, and the Concierge Builder will be embedded directly into our core business sectors (Sales Operations, Internal Operations, Field Ops, Sales, or Finance) to find messy, real-world workflows and transform them into reliable, AI-powered tools. Sitting side-by-side with our operators, our Concierge Builder will partner directly within a designated business unit to evaluate existing workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and rapidly deploy bespoke system prototypes. This is a premium internal service position; you are not just gathering requirements from afar but deeply immersing yourself in the team's daily reality to act as their dedicated translator of complex business needs into actionable technical architecture. The primary objective of this role is to optimize cross-functional workflows, establish strict data governance, and validate white-glove process improvements before handing them over to our core engineering team for enterprise-level scaling.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or Technical/trade school.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Business Analysis, or a related role focused on bridging the gap between business end-users and software development teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of rapidly building and deploying functional prototypes under tight turnaround times.
  • Strong working knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, relational databases, workflow automation, and AI integrations.
  • Capable of independently building functional prototypes. (Note: Advanced software engineering/coding is not required, but technical architecture comprehension is mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize complex or unstructured business processes and translate them into logical, scalable data structures and standardized workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the executive presence necessary to conduct requirements gathering.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, data integrity standards, and enterprise reporting methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience working within the residential solar installation lifecycle or broader renewable energy sector.
  • Hands-on administrative and architecture experience with enterprise workflow systems (e.g., Monday.com) and documentation hubs (e.g., Confluence).
  • Formal training or certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Proven background in organizational design or enterprise change management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep, ongoing relationships with operational leaders and end-users across Sales Ops, Field Ops, Sales, Finance, etc. Communicate frequently and proactively to surface emerging needs, validate in-flight work, and keep solutions tightly coupled to the realities of the teams using them.
  • Lead the discovery, analysis, and mapping of cross-functional business workflows to identify inefficiencies, data silos, and areas primed for automation.
  • Design, develop, and test high-touch "Phase 1" prototypes utilizing code platforms, internal tools (e.g., Baseplate), and AI solutions to validate immediate operational improvements side-by-side with end-users prior to full-scale development.
  • Establish rigorous data architecture standards. Define field ownership, implement verification routines, and design exception reporting to prevent data drift and ensure leadership has access to a highly accurate source of truth.
  • Translate validated operational requirements into comprehensive technical documentation. Provide clear context, edge cases, and precise acceptance criteria to facilitate a seamless handoff to software developers for production hardening.
  • Drive system adoption by facilitating targeted training sessions, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and educating internal stakeholders on best practices for utilizing new technologies and AI tools.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify the financial and operational impact of deployed solutions, including metrics such as resource hours saved, error reduction rates, and overall payroll efficiency.

Benefits

  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision options
  • Weekly Pay
  • Company equipment, automation platforms as needed
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • six observed holidays
  • Employee Referral Program
  • Competitive Compensation
