POSITION SUMMARY The Concierge and Back Office Support will serve a dual role at The Virginian . This role will serve as a Concierge and provide Administrative support for the Leadership team. We are seeking a dynamic Administrative professional who is the first point of contact with our residents, families, visitors, and guests. Must hold a valid Driver's License to assist with Valet service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and be a problem solver. The Concierge role will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service by consistently being pleasant and helpful to everyone walking through the doors and creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This position plays a key role in creating a positive experience within the senior living community by addressing inquiries, coordinating resident services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations.
