Serves as the main point of contact for team and client when Concierge Manager is unavailable.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or fine dining
  • Minimum 1 year leadership experience
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Set exemplary service standards and support all property programs
  • Coach and train team members on proper implementation of policies, procedures, and standards
  • Motivate team to exceed guest expectations while holding them accountable
  • Maintain professional appearance of designated workspaces with appropriate resources
  • Build and maintain relationships with area concierge networks and tourism industry contacts
  • Work with management to execute property initiatives and meet job function goals
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of local community, events, and attractions
  • Greet tenants and visitors professionally throughout the property
  • Enforce visitor protocols and contact tenants for guest authorization as needed
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide guidance to tenants and visitors
  • Maintain knowledge of building management and security protocols
  • Report on security issues and team concerns to appropriate parties
  • Provide coaching to team members and foster a positive team environment
  • Serve as primary point of contact when Concierge Manager is unavailable
  • Additional duties as assigned
