About The Position

As a member of the Concierge team, you will ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing guests with information. Our employees represent The Broadmoor brand and are Ambassadors of our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards.

Requirements

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
Strong interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bilingual or multi-lingual language ability a plus

Responsibilities

Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to hotel, trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays.
Maintains current listing of hours of hotel facilities as well as local attractions and events.
Responds to requests for information for future guests.
Provides information about dining at The Broadmoor as well as off property dining and secures reservations.
Secures Spa reservations, arranges tee times, tennis court time, arranges balloon flights, rafting trips and other requests.
Constantly updates Concierge information books.
Obtains complete and accurate information when handling all guest requests.
Conducts Historical, property, and other special tours for the guests.
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
