About The Position

Overview We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Concessions Worker to join our team. This role is essential in delivering a positive stadium guest experience by preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
Basic math skills for handling cash and making changes.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during busy periods and loud environments.
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

Current Kentucky Food Handlers Card preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and always provide exceptional customer service.
Take and prepare food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Operate the Toast POS system to process payments, coupons, and vouchers.
Check identification for age-restricted items in compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment in all concession areas.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment such as counters, coolers, ovens, and other food prep areas.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and hygiene practices.
Set up and close concession stands before and after events according to LSC standards and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to management.
Promote concession products and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards while on duty.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest questions about products.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
