We're looking for a Beverage Server to join our team. We are searching for a friendly and energetic individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment. As a Beverage Server you are responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of concession stand operations.
  • Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
  • All internal and external guests must be treated in a manner to ensure complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations
  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s Service Standards
  • Able to interact with internal and external guests in a friendly/fast manner.
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.

Nice To Haves

  • One-year concession experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests
  • Greets guests approaching service area
  • Responsible for preparing and selling all food items on the menu and handling all cash transactions.
  • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all food service equipment used to prepare and serve the menu items.
  • Must be able to operate all equipment in the stand.
  • Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and prices
  • Ensure proper stock of product and supplies needed for service
  • Responsible for opening and closing inventories.
  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
  • Standing 8-10 Hours
  • Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
