Requirements

Supervise concession stand operations before, during, and after events.
Lead, motivate, and support hourly concession staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared, stocked, and presented according to company standards.
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate product shortages or operational needs.
Ensure compliance with cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and financial controls.
Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event-specific expectations and operational updates.
Assist with opening, closing, and post-event reconciliation procedures.
Train and coach team members on company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
