Performs core duties and responsibilities to the highest standards according to Levy Core Signatures while enhancing the guest/fan experience. Requirements
- Minimum of one year leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Partners with concessions leadership to enhance the guest/fan experience while providing a safe and sanitary work environment for team members
- Oversee the operations of multiple concession stands; while providing direction and the tools to team members so they can perform their job duties accordingly
- Acts as a guest/fan ambassador and addresses guest/fan feedback accordingly
- Supports internal and external Levy departments/locations as needed
- Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing
- Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- Follows proper food safety/sanitation guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
