This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a primary duration from April-September. The Concessions Stocker fills concession department requisition orders or requests for materials & products to food service outlets. This role involves recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed, arranging stock parts in a specified sequence, ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures while following HACCP standards. The position also includes delivering and serving food to patrons/customers, following principles of sanitation and safety, interacting with customers to assure satisfaction, and interacting with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards. Completing assigned side work and performing other duties as assigned are also part of the role.
