About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead and oversee concessions operations at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Delaware North has been the arena’s concessions and retail partner since 1996. The multipurpose venue is home to the NHL’s Nashville Predators and includes concession outlets and four clubs, including an exclusive lounge with an all-inclusive food and beverage experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures, with the ability to analyze data.
• Experience with inventory distribution.
• Familiarity with POS systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a concessions environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department.
• Schedule interviews, hire team members, and conduct training sessions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations concerning safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment, and EEO.
• Ensure cash-handling and inventory-level processes are effective.
• Prepare sales and operational reports as required.
