About The Position

Support the successful execution of high-volume concessions operations during events. The Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing concession stands and bar operations, leading and supervising event staff while ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Experience in high-volume concessions or quick-service operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards
  • Experience managing staff and event operations
  • ServSafe Certified

Responsibilities

  • Oversee concession stand operations during events
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for concessions teams
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and service standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and product usage
  • Coordinate stand setup and breakdown processes
  • Address guest concerns and ensure service recovery
  • Maintain compliance with alcohol service regulations
  • Track sales performance and operational metrics
