About The Position

As a Concessions Manager, you will lead and motivate hourly team members to deliver excellent guest service and high-quality food. This role requires a strong operations leader focused on people, efficiency, and quality standards.

• 2–4 years of fine dining or hospitality management experience
• Strong food and wine knowledge, including pairings
• Operations and purchasing experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and MS Office skills
• ServSafe certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure all stations are event-ready, including setup, stocking, and equipment checks
• Recruit, train, and coach team members on standards and procedures
• Supervise event operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service excellence
• Lead pre-shift meetings and foster a positive team environment
• Monitor and improve operational performance and guest experience
• Manage concessions operations while supporting premium areas as needed
• Oversee POS updates, promotions, and communication to staff
• Perform loss prevention activities: cash handling, variance logs, GOS procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory, product transfers, requisitions, and monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with payment card security and alcohol service regulations
• Track beverage waste, maintain equipment (e.g., beer lines), and manage production sheets
• Partner with culinary and purchasing teams on product and margin accuracy
• Manage gratis tracking and ensure proper documentation
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
• Oversee safety procedures, incident reporting, inspections, and monthly training
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll verification, and gratuity entry
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with training and documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives (“Keys to the Future”)
• Conduct event walkthroughs and assist other departments or locations as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
