About The Position
The BLACKWING/TRUST SERVER position at M&T Bank Stadium is responsible for taking and delivering food and drink orders, creating an enjoyable dining experience, and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. This role also involves serving as the point person for work-related requests to unit management, training new associates on company and client culture and operations, demonstrating a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, promptly addressing complaints, and assisting in employee selection, orientation, and training.

Responsibilities
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
- Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
