About The Position

Levy is hiring a Concessions Food Service Worker to prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages at concession locations. The role supports event operations by stocking and maintaining concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, coolers, and storage areas; helping set up and break down locations; and providing courteous guest service. The worker follows company recipes, presentation standards, portion controls, food safety and HACCP standards, alcohol service guidelines, and workplace safety requirements. The position may also support premium, catering, and culinary operations as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverage items according to company recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
Stock concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, coolers, and storage areas with food, beverages, paper products, and supplies.
Maintain product quality and serving temperatures according to food safety and HACCP standards.
Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of concession locations before, during, and after events.
Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
Communicate guest concerns, operational issues, and product shortages to leadership.
Keep concession areas clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout events.
Assist with inventory movement, restocking, and product transfers as needed.
Clean and sanitize workstations, service counters, equipment, and storage areas.
Safely operate equipment used in foodservice operations according to company procedures.
Assist team members across concessions, premium, catering, and culinary operations when needed.
Follow alcohol service guidelines, food safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance according to company standards.
Comply with health, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
