About The Position

Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre is a premier concert venue located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, where Aramark provides exceptional service. This role is for individuals who enjoy high-volume, fast-paced operations, preparing food items on a grill or fryer, and working in food and beverage for major events. This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Experience as a cook in a related field or environment
ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (will be trained and certified upon hire as needed)
Basic math and counting skills
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25lbs.
Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
Willingness to accept change and new procedures
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Responsibilities

Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment – communicates quickly when a need arises to ensure productivity continues.
Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items (as needed).
Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, grills, and uses a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods.
Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines.
Ensures compliance with food temps and documentation throughout event.
Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils – as per guidelines and policies.
Ensures clear and concise communication with stand leads, stand workers and cashiers.
Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
Ensures security of company assets.
Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership.
