About The Position
This position is responsible for operating the concessions stand and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the concessions area as a whole. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Requirements
- Customer service-oriented, preferably with previous customer service experience
- Reliable team player
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, record sales transactions, and take payments for concessions items
- Perform scheduled cleaning and disinfecting of the work area
- Restock refrigerators and for-sale items, as needed
- Prepare concessions items while following health and safety protocols
- Assist Concessions Manager with inventory tracking, as needed
- Responsible for completion of work orders assigned through management
- Ensures a safe environment for all patrons and employees by following the life safety and emergency program
