About The Position

This position prepares and sells concession food and beverages items. The attendant operates the payment system, interacts with patrons, performs general clean up duties and cleans machines in the concession stand. The successful applicant will bring their friendly rapport and ability to work in a busy environment to help deliver the concession services.

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Provide excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work standing for long periods of time
Uses good judgment to assess order and importance of tasks
Working knowledge of handling cash and using electronic payment systems
Some directly related experience
FoodSafe Certification

Responsibilities

Interact with the general public while serving concession items
Operates a cash register and point of sale system
Operates concession popcorn machine and hot dog steamer
Operates drink dispensers such as coffee pots and hot chocolate machine
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all concession machinery
Keeps concession area and lobby clean and organized
Makes sure available products are stocked in a presentable fashion
Identifies, reports and corrects any safety hazards for patrons or employees in the concession area
