Requirements

Minimum age 16 years and older.
Must be available Weekends and/or Evenings.
1 Year Food Service Required.
Food Handler Certification, if not, JCPRD will require during training period. (JCPRD paid)
Attention to detail.
Basic Math skills.
Team mentality.
Excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

1 Year Supervising experience Preferred.
Supervisory experience.
Food Service experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare, Sell, and distribute food to Patrons.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service
Set-up and clean Concessions and surrounding areas
Provide Training to new employees.
Be able to work alone in a Concession as needed
Supervise 1-3 other people.
Supervisor on Duty-in charge of site operations.
Oversees operation of concessions area in a hands-on manner assisting with running, register, and kitchen.
Ensures all tasks are completed at end of shift.
Demonstrated aptitude at problem solving, holding staff accountable, ensuring compliance of proper food handling, and ensuring compliance of money handling procedures.
All service roles must communicate clearly with fellow team members and supervisors during each shift to ensure customers receive prompt and exceptional customer service.
Practice proper food safety.
Ensure compliance of laws governing alcohol sales.
