About The Position

This position combines guest service interaction, cash handling, and basic culinary skills in a fast-paced environment. The Concession Worker performs responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures. Duties include handling cash transactions, operating a point-of-sale terminal, performing basic food preparation, and following specified food and beverage product standards, including recipes, portions, and plating specifications.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Sound judgment and mature decision-making skills.
• Ability to obtain required work cards for the property's jurisdiction, including applicable gaming, health, and alcohol-awareness cards.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale terminal.
• Ability to learn and follow Board of Health food-handling requirements.
• Ability to perform basic food preparation functions with minimal training.
• Good basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
