About The Position
Birdcall is looking to staff its venues at both the Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Coors Field for the 2026 event season. Birdcall is a rapidly growing, hip fast casual restaurant offering an all-natural, healthy dining experience with made to order food that our guests love. Community is truly the heart and soul of everything we do at Birdcall. As part of this team, you will will work a high volume, fast paced kitchen doing a number roles including hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, breading, line cook, dessert station and more, all to the highest standards. As a food service team member, your cooking skills will be put to the test making high quality, locally sourced item.
