About The Position

Oversees all aspects of the stadium concession stands while maintaining good community relations among various community and school clientele. Manages volunteer concessions staffing at all high school football games and occasional band events, rental groups, and special events. Responsible for iPads, cash start bank and making deposits and submitting forms.

Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent
  • Ability to manage volunteer concessions staffing.
  • Responsibility for iPads, cash start bank, making deposits, and submitting forms.
  • Frequent lifting up to thirty-five (35) pounds.
  • Frequent standing on concrete floors for extended periods of time.
  • Frequent walking up and down stairs.
  • Moderate bending, stooping, walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, reaching.
  • Ability to coordinate with concession supervisor for orders.
  • Ability to receive deliveries.
  • Ability to instruct and assist volunteers.
  • Ability to ensure concession stands are in working order and meet health requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate health inspections.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and maintenance issues.
  • Ability to deposit sales funds.
  • Ability to clean and close concession stands.
  • Ability to winterize equipment.
  • Ability to dispose of leftover inventory.
  • Ability to arrange for equipment and water shut off.
  • Ability to manage inventory product using shared google doc spreadsheets.
  • Ability to launder towels.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory product throughout the sport season to coordinate with scheduled events; place weekly orders with concession supervisor.
  • Receive deliveries and weekly laundering of cleaning towels needed for events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Manage concessions at all high school sporting and band events.
  • Instruct and assist volunteers in proper usage of equipment and food prep.
  • Stock stands for events.
  • Make sure that concession stands are in working order (hot water, cold water, electrical, equipment, maintenance, pest control) and are clean and meet Tri County Health food preparation requirements; coordinate health inspections; troubleshoot as needed.
  • Deposit sales funds.
  • Clean and close concession stands, winterize equipment, dispose of leftover inventory, arrange for equipment shut off and water shut off as needed.
  • Clean, set up, and stock concession stands.
  • Manage inventory product (working with shared google doc spreadsheets) and submit to Concession Supervisor.
  • Receive and stock deliveries and set up for games.
  • Laundering of towels.
  • Coordinate inventory for playoff games; clean and close concession stands at the end of the season; arrange for equipment shut off and water shut off as needed.
  • Deposit funds after each game.
