About The Position

This role is responsible for assisting in achieving the food and beverage program standards within various stands at Magic Springs, with a primary focus on serving the VIP Concert seating area on Saturday nights. The position involves handling payments, preparing beverages, delivering online food orders, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21-years-old to serve alcohol.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Be aware, attentive and work well with others.
• Ability to accept guidance and constructive criticism.
• Must possess oral and written English skills and be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Available to work overtime if needed.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years’ experience serving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve the VIP Concert seating area on Saturday nights.
• Accept card payments from guests.
• Prepare guest beverages.
• Pick up online food orders and deliver them to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and pricing.
• Operate cash registers and/or aprons in accordance with cash handling policy.
• Maintain a guest-ready environment with sufficient product and a clean space.
• Keep food preparation areas clean and organized.
• Ensure guest satisfaction is the focus.
• Maintain proper attendance and promptness.
• Perform work in other areas of the park as needed.
• Maintain proper grooming standards (hair restraint, hand washing, etc.).
