Student Worker - Concert and Entertainment Promotion Assistant
About The Position
This position will support the Office of Community Relations within the Division of Marketing and Communications by helping promote the La Fiera concert scheduled for April 11, 2027, at the Paul and Alejandra Foster Pavilion. Responsibilities include but are not limited to distributing promotional materials throughout Waco, assisting with outreach and tabling events, promoting ticket sales and community engagement initiatives, providing excellent customer service, supporting event-related projects, performing administrative tasks, prioritizing multiple assignments, and complying with university policies while maintaining regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities
- Distributing promotional materials throughout Waco

- Performing video editing or video production
- Working with photo, video, and audio equipment
- Performing research and making recommendations around emerging marketing or social media trends
- Assisting with projects or initiatives supporting departmental goals
- Partnering with external vendors for events, print or photography
- Building and maintaining relationships with campus partners and external vendors
- Tracking, analyzing, and preparing reports on social media data and performance
- Performing all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
