The Specialist II, Security - Identity and Access Management is responsible for delivering quality customer service. This position must coordinate and communicate best security business practices with other IT resources dedicated to systems access, support, and security. The security specialist will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and enforcing security policies, standards, and guidelines related to all information systems. The specialist will provide secondary support for the IT Department. The position will be assigned more complex and larger tasks and will be expected to interact with other senior business leaders. The Specialist II, Security - IAM is challenged with ensuring that state-of-the art security techniques are employed to maintain the highest level of security for all platforms and applications maintained by the company while at the same time not compromising system efficiency. The position must ensure a superior level of customer service is offered to all users. In addition, the specialist must resolve any security breach in a professional timely manner.
