About The Position

Are you an innovative and experienced artificial intelligence (AI) developer specializing in computer vision? Utilize your expertise in AI, data science, and machine learning (ML) engineering to train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data to drive real-world mission critical impact. You will collaborate with dynamic teams to make AI-enabled operational capability and production-grade code, bringing significant technological advancements that drive mission success. You’ll join a growing community of computer vision AI engineers focused on delivering products and solutions to our customers’ most challenging problems. You’ll collaborate with a team of dedicated space, military, intelligence, engineering, and AI professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions to solve issues of national importance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AI, data science, ML engineering, or software engineering
  • Experience in deep learning for computer vision, including the use of transformer-based models such as DINO, CLIP, or SAM
  • Experience in sensor fusion and target tracking
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, test, and develop technical solutions in Rust, Python, or C++
  • Experience utilizing GPU programming such as CUDA or RAPIDs, to optimize performance of computer vision applications
  • Experience contributing to the architecture and implementation of embedded systems
  • Knowledge of computer vision and artificial neural networks
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or AI field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the design, development, testing, or analysis of missile defense systems or fire control systems
  • Experience developing in-space solutions
  • Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design and orchestration in Kubernetes deployment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in CS, AI, Engineering, or a related field preferred; Doctorate degree in Physics or Mathematics a plus
