About The Position

This position is for a Computer Technician I in Woodbury, C. W. MS. The role operates on a 11-month schedule with 8 hours per day. To be eligible, candidates must meet specific educational and experience requirements, including a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of work experience in microcomputer support, with one year directly related to providing operations, support, and troubleshooting for desktop computers and related systems. Alternatively, two years of college in an IT-related field combined with one year of direct experience is acceptable. Additionally, a valid Nevada driver's license and a current driving history are required.

Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
Three (3) years work experience in microcomputer support, including one (1) year of work experience directly related to the position in providing operations and support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers, and related systems.
OR Two (2) years of college with a major area of study in information technology (IT) related technologies such as Management Information systems (MIS), computer science (CS), etc., and one (1) year of work experience directly related to the position in providing operations and support assistance, and troubleshooting desktop computers, and related systems.
A valid driver’s license that allows the applicant/employee to legally operate a motor vehicle in Nevada.
Copy of current driving history (dated within six (6) months from the date printed) issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles at the time of application or Qualified Selection Pool (QSP) placement and at the time of interview before final selection.
