About The Position

This is a senior managerial position assigned to the Child Support Program Office in the Department of Revenue and reports directly to the Enterprise Systems Support Process Government Operations Manager II supporting Finance, Business Warehouse, Interfaces team. The position supervises 10-20 team members and is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Program’s federally required computer system, CAMS. You must be an effective communicator and capable of presenting information effectively to management. You must be able to operate successfully in a demanding environment, manage multiple large projects, and produce results that support the Program’s strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Three years of supervisory or team lead experience managing functional and/or technical team members (e.g., business analysts, developers) in operational and project-based environments.
  • Three years of experience working with software development life cycle processes, project coordination activities, and/or supporting system operations, maintenance, or enhancements.
  • Three years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and contributing input on business processes, system outputs, or requirements to support decision-making and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Three years of experience planning and evaluating program or operational processes, resolving productivity and quality concerns, and implementing process improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting SAP ECC or S/4HANA in a Finance-related functional or support role.
  • Experience reviewing and approving business requirements, functional specifications, or system designs for impacts to financial processes and data.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades.
  • Experience working in the Child Support Program using the CAMS system, with exposure to financial processes.
