About The Position

Under general supervision, performs professional system engineering work in the repair and maintenance of the district SCADA/AGC and SCADA/distributed Energy Management System (EMS) computer system to support the Transmission and Distribution Electric System, provides software and hardware additions and improvements; prepares system administration records in accordance with NERC, FERC, WECC and other regulatory compliance agencies; and provides technical staff assistance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, computer information systems, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related degree.
• Two years of experience in two or more information technology systems directly related to infrastructure, system administration, network administration, system security, software and systems engineering or project management.
• A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
