Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identifies, troubleshoots, resolves, and/or escalates routine and first level technical problems for various products and services.
  • Receives and responds to inquiries and provides technical information through various communication mediums according to established policies and procedures.
  • Using the ticketing system, log details of work performed, and resolution procedures, after intervention.
  • Assist with training student staff.
  • Provides technical support for both computer systems and audio-visual equipment, assisting faculty, staff, and students with hardware, software, and classroom technology needs.
  • Installing and maintaining computers, troubleshooting network and system issues, and setting up, operating, and supporting AV equipment for lectures, meetings, and events.
  • Supports classroom and administrative technical needs, and helps implement IT policies and security practices to maintain an efficient and secure academic environment.
